Meet the founder
Education Consultant
Practical, research-informed educational leadership that creates positive and lasting impact.
Frankie is a UK-qualified education professional with 16 years’ experience across primary, secondary and sixth-form education.
As a former Director of Studies, he has led educational provision, developed programmes, managed teaching teams and supported improvements in educational quality and learner outcomes.
Frankie’s experience spans curriculum and programme development, teacher recruitment and development, academic quality assurance and student engagement. His current doctoral research explores equality, diversity and inclusion in educational settings and the perspectives of school leaders.
Every engagement combines this experience with a collaborative approach and practical recommendations that are realistic to implement, helping schools and organisations create more inclusive, effective and impactful educational experiences.
